A few miles from Paris’s north, here are two impressive monuments you can discover in a single day. This program is made for everyone, French or foreign tourists. A professional guide will support you through the visit and tell you the great history of France, the life of French’s ancient kings and their traditions that gave birth to the famous French way of life.
½ day guided tour: Ecouen is a "Château de la Loire" just outside Paris, and one of France's most beautiful châteaux. Built 500 years ago, it is a magnificent example of Renaissance architecture, the new style of which arrived from Italy in the 16th century. Stroll through the immense halls, decorated with rare objects, tapestries and jewels from the period.

½ day guided tour: Founded by St. Louis in 1228, the Royal Cistercian Abbey of Royaumont boasts exceptional Gothic architecture. Your guide will tell you all about its 800-year history, including the King's frequent visits and the many anecdotes associated with them. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy the remarkable gardens that have been recreated around the monument.
