The table of Royaumont, installed in one of the most beautiful arched rooms of the abbey, joins in the French culinary tradition, in the spirit of opening, creativity and seasonality.
The cooking is inspired by the Kitchen garden-garden of the abbey where it draws a part of its material, as a supplement to fresh products found with small French, local producers rather. This wish to offer a cooking evolving as the seasons go by brought the Leader to conceive a card proposing every weekend, in all simplicity, a choice between two entrances, two dishes and two desserts.
Always in an open-mindedness, you can observe the realization of dishes imagined and prepared by the Leader and his brigade through the big windows of any new kitchen of the abbey.
